Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a United States-American cooperation project, has opened a new door for economic partnership between Nepal and the United States.
In a special ceremony held in Kathmandu on Wednesday on the occasion of MCC Nepal Compact entering the implementation phase, the Prime Minister expressed his belief that the implementation of the project will connect Nepal’s business network with the countries with large economies in Asia and will contribute significantly to the country’s economic growth and poverty reduction.
