Durga Prasai, who was arrested for committing an offense against the Electronic Crime Transaction Act, will be detained for five more days.
Cyber Bureau DIG Navind Aryal said that the District Court, Kathmandu has allowed him to be detained for further investigation.
Prasai was arrested by the police from his house in Bhaktapur on October 6. At that time, the police got permission to detain him for three days.
The police immediately asked for permission to keep him in custody for 10 days.
