Deusi Bhailo Allowed to Play All Night in Kathmandu Valley

Deusi and Bhailo can be played all night in Kathmandu Valley. District Security Committee Kathmandu said that no time limit has been set for playing Deusi and Bhailo on the occasion of Tihar. Chief District Officer of Kathmandu Jitendra Basnet informed that it has been decided to allow Deusi and Bhailo to be played all night in Bhaktapur and Lalitpur too. “We have had a discussion about making the same decision in the valley, and the local administration has also asked those interested to play Deusi and Bhailo in moderation,” said CDO Basnet.
