All (56) gates of Koshi barrage have been opened after the water flow in Saptakoshi river is high. Naveenkrishna Bhandari, Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Sunsari informed that all 56 gates of Koshi barrage were opened after the flow was high.
According to the measurement made at 10 am today, the flow of water in Saptakoshi is 3 lakh 70 thousand 150 cusecs. This flow is said to be the highest this year.
