Kathmandu, Sept. 11:
Americans became dominant only after Christopher Columbus discovered the island of Antilles by sea. The United States, once a colony of Japan, now dominates some of the world’s poorest and most powerful nations. The United States, which is trying to capture the world by adopting a trade policy, is planning to enter Nepal in 2004 by implementing the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an independent project from its parliament. B: The United States will provide 500 million to build infrastructure. In which Nepal has to spend that amount within a period of 5 years and every year Nepal has to invest 150 million in infrastructure development. The agreement stipulates that the US military will take the initiative to build roads, transportation, electricity and food infrastructure in rural areas for Nepal’s rural development, especially in mining and supporting sustainable projects.
