New Delhi. Senior cosmetologist and beautician Mandira Khadka ‘Hayu’ from Nepal has been awarded the best cosmetology award in a grand ceremony held in Noida, India. Mandira, who is also a beautician, was nominated for the award this time from Nepal at the Icon Award-2024 organized by India’s popular magazine Kumau Kesari.
