Nepali Congress leader Navindra Raj Joshi has passed away. Joshi, who was undergoing treatment for a stroke at Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu, died at 8:24 pm on Friday, said Somnath Bastola, a public relations officer at Norvic Hospital. He died while continuing his treatment efforts. Rajiv Jha said. Joshi was taken to Bir Hospital on March 29 after he was diagnosed with health problems at home. Veer had referred him to Norvic. The hospital had been treating him with the help of a ventilator since the beginning of his stroke. Congress central member Joshi is also a former minister and former MP.
