A parliamentary subcommittee investigating the construction of Pokhara Airport has concluded that there was irregularities and corruption amounting to approximately Rs 10 billion.
A subcommittee of the Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee has prepared a draft report with conclusions on irregularities in 11 headings.
The draft report prepared by a subcommittee coordinated by RPP Chairman Rajendra Lingden has been distributed to some lawmakers for study.
Some lawmakers, including Lingden, have already signed the draft report, while others have asked for time to study it.
