Court Allows Rabi Lamichhane to Keep in Custody for More 7 Days

The Kaski District Court has allowed former Home Minister and RSVP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane, who was arrested in the co-operative fraud case, to be detained for another 7 days.

Rabi, who was taken to Pokhara after his arrest last Friday (November 2), was presented to the court again on Sunday for an extension.

Kaski District Court Information Officer Suraj Adhikari informed Nepalkhabar that the bench of Judge Chandrakant Paudel allowed the police to keep him in custody for 7 more days on Thursday.
