The Kathmandu District Court has granted permission to detain Rabindra Mishra, the senior vice-chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, for five days for investigation.
District Police Range Kathmandu spokesperson and SP Appel Raj Bohora informed that permission has been granted to keep Mishra and House of Representatives member Dhaval Shumsher Jabarsahit in custody for 5 days.
Mishra and others were taken in handcuffs from the Bhadrakali District Police Station to the Kathmandu District Court via the government attorney’s office to extend their remand.
