Kathmandu, The Kathmandu District Court has ordered the release of medical businessman Durga Prasai on a bail of 1 lakh.
According to Cyber Bureau SP Deepakraj Awasthi, Kathmandu district court judge Thakur Prasad Kharel ordered release on bail of 50,000/50,000 in two cases.
Prasai, who was arrested from Bhaktapur on October 6, was in the hospital saying he was ill after being detained.
Two cyber crime cases were filed in Kathmandu district court against Prasai for committing cyber crime.
