Distribution of relief to 250 families of Roshi municipality by Sejal and Sister Foundation

Kavre- Social organization ‘Sejal and Sister Foundation’, whose founding president is Meg R Subedi, a philanthropist and successful young businessman who has been active in social service in Nepal for a long time, has distributed relief to more than 250 families affected by floods, inundation and landslides in Roshi village of Kavre.

Due to flood and inundation, the amount sent by Meg R Sebedi, president of Sejal and Sister Foundation America and philanthropist, distributed blankets for the victims and NRC 10,000 to the families for the humanitarian zone and NRC 5,000 to the families whose houses were completely damaged. Sanjit Bhandari, the president of the Nepal chapter of the foundation, said that he was very happy to serve the society with his artistry and that he would continue to help in the coming days.

The relief distribution program was held under the coordination of program presenter and journalist Sameer Lama. After coordination with the local level, relief was distributed to more than 250 families of wards number 9, 10, 11 and 12 of that village. Earlier, the foundation distributed relief worth 50 lakhs to Jajarkot earthquake victims. Even during the crisis of the victims due to the increase in Melamchi in Sindhupalchok, the foundation distributed relief materials worth lakhs. Bhandari, who is also the Nepal head of the organization and a model, said that in accordance with the aim of the foundation, which is always at the forefront of the disasters that occur in the country, the foundation has a record of providing relief faster than the government by distributing relief materials to the victims immediately.

Nar Bahadur Karki, the consultant of the foundation, said that this foundation reaches every place when there is a disaster in the country and it is providing more and more relief during the covid 19 lockdown.
