Flights at Resunga Airport have been suspended from two months.
Resunga Airport Station Chief Suman Thapa said that regular flights are not possible as the Nepal Airlines aircraft is undergoing maintenance and other aircraft are not available.
The flight is scheduled to depart from Kathmandu at 6:30 am and from Resunga to Kathmandu at 7:45 am.
Nepal Airlines’ twin-engine aircraft has been operating. Due to the high number of passengers, permission was granted to operate three flights a week from Resunga Airport. However, for the past few days, flights have been operating only on Fridays.
