The government has decided to declare Monday a public holiday. The holiday was declared because it falls on the Islamic holiday of Eid ul Fitr.
Joint Secretary and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ram Chandra Tiwari, has issued a press release informing that the decision has been made to grant leave on Monday.
