Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has made it clear that no one has the power to take away the rights that the Nepali people have fought for.

Addressing the National Volunteer Gathering, 2081, organized by the National Youth Association Nepal today, Prime Minister Oli, who is also the Chairman of the CPN (UML), said that if the youth association had not been estimated by the people, it should show its competence in any confrontation with the reactionary forces if it is to serve the country and the people.

“No one has the power to take away the rights we have fought for. The youth can explain this better. If anyone tries to embarrass the country, the Youth Union will pounce on them like a tiger.”

The Prime Minister said, ‘This volunteer activity is a good start. Mobilize this force in a systematic and dignified manner. Like the previous Youth Force. Let it be an unarmed permanent team, if any reactionary force comes to confront us or if those who oppose development obstruct our work, let it give a strong response.’

Prime Minister Oli made it clear that the Prime Minister should continue to respond, commenting that some people were crying foul when the government dismissed an employee.
