Minister Paudel said that since Japan has arranged for a vaccine to control the disease, the ministry will work to introduce it to Nepal as well. He also said that the government will take special precautions to control the disease.
Minister Paudel also announced a plan to mobilize 53 thousand women health volunteers across the country to effectively control and prevent the disease.
Minister Paudel said that the mobilization of women health volunteers will be used to spread awareness among the people for the prevention of the disease.
