Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is going to play Nepal Premier League (NPL) for Karnali Yaks.
Shikhar Dhawan will get 30 thousand dollars (about 4 million Nepali rupees) for each match of Nepal Premier League.
He will come to Nepal on November 29. Yaks investor Ghirendra Ghimire who played 4 games for Karnali Yaks has informed.
Dhawan has announced his retirement from Indian cricket. India allows any player to play in another country only after retirement.
Earlier, Biratnagar Kings signed Martin Guptill from New Zealand. But Dhawan, who has played all three formats for India, is a big star to be signed in the NPL.
