Kulman Ghising, Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, has claimed that he achieved 98.99 percent performance in the last fiscal year (FY) 2080/81.
On Thursday, Kulman submitted a report to the departmental Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, claiming a score of 98.99 percent for the work completed in the last fiscal year, including key performance indicators.
The Council of Ministers had appointed Ghising as the Executive Director of the NEA for a second term of four years on 25th Shrawan 2078 BS. Based on the decision of the Council of Ministers, a performance agreement was signed between the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation and Ghising on 5th Magh 2078 BS with various indicators of NEA reform.
Executive Director Ghising’s performance in the fiscal years 2078/79 and 2079/80 was scored at 94.23 and 98.94 percent respectively by the Ministry of Energy. There is a provision for Ghising to receive incentive allowance based on the scores obtained in the performance agreement evaluation.
