It has been confirmed that 6 people have died in a Manang Air helicopter crash in Solukhumbu. According to Tribhuvan Airport General Manager Pratap Babu Tiwari, six bodies have been found.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions at the accident site, two helicopters have landed near the place called Bhakanje for rescue. Now preparations are being made to collect the dead bodies and bring them to Kathmandu.
Manang Air’s 9N-AMV helicopter was carrying 6 people including the pilot. The helicopter pilot was flown by CB Gurung. The cause of the accident has not been revealed.
