Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah ‘Balen’ has written another status addressing Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
On Friday evening, Balen addressed the Prime Minister on social media Facebook, saying that he was trying to defeat him by starving himself. He mentioned that he was trying to fulfill Madan Bhandari’s dream and suggested that the country not be submerged in the hope of defeating him.
He wrote,
‘Prime Minister jyu,
trying to defeat me by killing hungry stomach. We are just trying to fulfill dream of your Madan Bhandari!
Please don’t drown the country in order to defeat me!!’
Kathmandu Metropolitan City has been without a Chief Administrative Officer for the past few months, due to which even the salaries of employees have been stopped.
