For the first time, Nepalese youth have entered the finals in the robot competition to be held at the International Space Station (ISS). The team of Nepalese youth who won the first place in the Kibo simulation entered the finals.

Nepalese Space Research Association organized the competition in Nepal. This is the fifth edition of the International Space Station competition, which is held every year. The final result of the competition, which started on February 19, will come in the first week of October.

The Nepali youth participated in the competition by forming a team PGS group. E. in the competition. E. Shashank shree Neupane, E. Atish Shakya, Sanju Poudel, Gaurav Raut, Gaman Aryal are participating. “We are proud to represent Nepal and reach the finals for the first time in this competition,” Neupane said. In the Kibo Robot Programming Challenge, an automated robot built by NASA called Astrobee has to send commands and code from a NASA ground station. The robot will help the astronauts on the ISS in their daily lives.
Shakya, the youth of the Nepali team participating in the competition, said that youth from 11 countries of the world, including representatives of the United Nations, are aiming to be the first in the competition.
