New notes can be exchanged from Asoj 13th for this year’s festivals including Dasai.
According to the Rastra Bank, arrangements have been made to exchange notes from the central office of Nepal Rastra Bank, provincial offices as well as other banks.
Rashtra Bank Assistant Spokesperson Dilliram Pokheral said that arrangements are being made to exchange Sukila notes from October 13. The National Bank has decided not to issue new notes this year.
Those who want to exchange Sukila notes can exchange a set of notes of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100.
