CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that no one can stop the 2084 election results from coming in favor of the Maoists.
He made this observation while addressing the swearing-in and assumption of office of elected office bearers and members of the 23rd National Conference of the ANNFSU Krantikari.
Stating that there is a nationwide wave like in 2064, Chairman Prachanda said that it is giving more enthusiasm and inspiration. ‘There was a similar upsurge in 2064, wherever the leadership went, there was a situation where people tried to touch and speak, there was great attraction among the people, and it is seen the same now,’ he said, ‘I have been working among the people all day long since the morning walk, this has been possible due to the enthusiasm and inspiration of the people, I will continue this campaign throughout my life.’
Stating that he is 70 years old and that now there are friends under the age of 32 in the student organization, Chairman Prachanda said that it is necessary to have a new kind of competition to go among the people. Stating that hard work and struggle are necessary for the new generation, he also urged them to learn from him about hard work from 5 am to night.
Stating that Akhil Krantikari has practiced good internal democracy this time, he also said that it has established an old legacy. ‘Politics was expressed through student organizations where parties were banned. What student organizations said expressed where politics was going at that time. Even though the parties were underground, they were playing a role in strengthening the student movement,’ said Chairman Prachanda. ‘This time, Akhil Krantikari has succeeded in establishing its mark according to that legacy.’
