Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development Prakash Man Singh has stressed that no one is above the constitution and that all citizens should remain within its purview.
At the inauguration of the ward office, Madhurapati health post building and the declaration of a child-friendly ward of Namobuddha Municipality Ward No. 1 today, he said that it is the duty of every citizen to stay within the boundaries of the constitution.
Minister Singh said that after the establishment of the democratic system of governance, civil rights have been secured and development has gained momentum, adding that significant progress has been made in health, education and infrastructure development across the country after federalization.
