Now High Court & District Court To Have Supreme Court System

The process of filing cases in the Supreme Court in lottery kind basis, which was recently started, will now be extended to the High Court and District Courts as well. A full court meeting of the apex court on Wednesday has decided to hold hearings in the high and district courts from January 20. A full court meeting of judges other than Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana was held on Wednesday. The Bar Association has been agitating for judicial reform, while other judges have closed their benches with Chief Justice Rana. Bar is demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Rana.
