Durga Prasai, owner of B&C Medical College, Jhapa, has been arrested from his house in Thimi, Bhaktapur.
After the arrest warrant was issued by the Kathmandu District Court on October 2, the police went to his house.
He was arrested by a joint team of Cyber Bureau and District Police Complex in Kathmandu. Prasai and his guards stopped the arresting team.
After that, the police team entered the house with a ladder and arrested them. The police also arrested the security guard who obstructed the arrest of Prasai.
