In the meeting of the reconstituted parliament, the lawmakers of Prachanda-Madhav Nepal’s side have also decided to stay in the wave of the ruling party. According to the Parliament Secretariat, the lawmakers from both the parties have been arranged to sit in the same row as no formal letter of party split has been received. Arrangements have been made to stay. The CPN (Maoist) is divided into two factions following Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s move to dissolve parliament. One camp is led by Oli and the other by Prachanda and Madhav Nepal. The government’s decision to dissolve the parliament on December 19 was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court and the parliament was reconstituted. The same reconstituted parliament is sitting at 4 pm on Sunday.
