Prices of Diesel, Kerosene & Aviation Fuel is Reduced

Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the prices of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel. The board of directors meeting of the corporation has reduced the previous retail selling price of diesel and kerosene by two rupees per liter, aviation fuel (domestic) by seven rupees and international fuel by US$ 51, effective from midnight today.

With the price reduction, diesel and kerosene in the first, second and third categories have been fixed at Rs 146.50, Rs 148 and Rs 149 per liter respectively, and domestic aviation fuel has been fixed at Rs 125 per liter. Similarly, the Corporation has fixed the price of international aviation fuel at US$ 952 per kiloliter in Kathmandu, 782 in Pokhara and 767 in Bhairahawa.

The corporation has clarified that the prices in the local market have been adjusted as the new purchase prices of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel have decreased according to the new price list received from the Indian Oil Corporation today.
