Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is going to America to attend the United Nations General Assembly.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a formal announcement about his visit on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Oli’s tour team will have 22 members including his wife Radhika Shakya, Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba, Chief Advisor Bishnu Rimal, Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister Oli will address the General Assembly on September 26.
He will also attend a dinner hosted by US President Joe Biden for foreign guests attending the General Assembly.
Likewise, Prime Minister Oli will also address the ‘Future Summit’ organized by the United Nations.
According to the ministry, on September 23, he will also deliver a speech on ‘Nepal’s journey towards democracy and economic prosperity’ at Columbia University in New York.
Similarly, Prime Minister Oli will address the topic of ‘Nepal’s approach: from transitional justice to environmental justice’ at another American university, Harvard.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oli will hold a bilateral meeting with the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, and will also hold other high-level meetings on the sidelines of the General Assembly.
