UML Chief Whip Mahesh Bartaula informed that a meeting of the ruling parties held in Baluwatar on Monday evening decided to raise a single voice to make the winter session of Parliament, which begins on Magh 18, effective.
He also claimed that everyone has received the ordinances brought by the government positively.
He said that it has been decided that top leaders, including the Prime Minister, will address the first meeting of the parliament on the 18th and that the ruling parties will stand together in the proceedings of the parliament and strengthen and strengthen it.
The meeting, called by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, was attended by Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, UML Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel, Congress Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka, Democratic Socialist Party Nepal President Mahantha Thakur, Civil Liberties Party President Ranjita Shrestha, Janmat Party President Dr Chandrakant (CK) Raut, Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal leader Rajkishore Yadav, and key advisors of parliamentary parties.
Inaugurating the meeting, Prime Minister Oli said that ordinances essential to serve the people and accelerate development work should be presented on the first day of Parliament and a replacement bill should be presented soon.
