The district court of Kathmandu has convicted cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane in the rape case. The bench of Kathmandu District Court Judge Shishir Dhakal found Lamichhane guilty in the rape case.
His sentencing has been fixed on December 25. The court ruled that Lamichhane had taken the victim around Nagarkot and brought her to Kathmandu and put her in a hotel.
