The court Sandeep Lamichhane banned him from going abroad. Even leaving Kathmandu Valley will be allowed only with the permission of District Police Complex Kathmandu.
The court also asked to keep a watch on him.
It is said that the Police Headquarters can arrange safe and appropriate arrangements to monitor Sandeep’s activities and record his mobile number or communication details for the purpose of effective compliance of the orders.
