According to the match schedule announced by the Nepal Cricket Association on Monday, there will be only one match on the opening day of the NPL.
Biratnagar Kings and Janakpur Bolts will face each other in the opening match. The opening match on Saturday, Mangsir 15th will start at 12:30 PM. There will be two matches on other days.
After the league stage, the third and fourth placed teams in the points table will play the eliminator. The top and second placed teams will play the first qualifiers.
If the winner of the first qualifiers goes directly to the finals, the losing team will get a chance to play in the second qualifiers.
