Shakti Gauchan appointed as consultant coach of Lumbini Lions Club
Kathmandu, October 19 Lumbini Lions Club has appointed cricketer Shakti Gauchan as a consultant coach. Gauchan was appointed by Lumbini Lions at a special event held today at Hilton Kathmandu. Cricketers, players and journalists and sports lovers were present in the event.
Speaking about this, Coach Gauchan said, “I am very excited to join the Lumbini Lions Club as a consultant coach. This club has a lot of potential. There is a desire to train well together with the players and work for our purpose. Lumbini Lions represent the pride and passion of Nepali cricket. And I am very happy to be a part of this journey.”
Similarly, the chairman of the club, Ishwar GC, said, “We are very excited to appoint Shakti Gauchan as a consultant coach. He is a source of inspiration for many young players. The way he understands cricket on and off the field. That knowledge will definitely take our team to new heights.”
Likewise, CAN Secretary Paras Khadka also said, “Shakti Gauchan’s appointment is a great achievement for Lumbini Lions and Nepal Cricket.” His experience and perseverance will inspire and encourage many young players.”
