Nepal defeated Afghanistan in ACC U-19 Asia Cup cricket.
In the last group match of the Asia Cup held in Sarjaha, UAE, the target of 124 runs given by Afghanistan was completed by Nepal with the loss of 9 wickets.
Nepal completed the normal target given by Afghanistan in 41.3 overs. Earlier, with the help of Faisal Khan’s half-century, Afghanistan scored 123 runs before being bowled out in 35.4 overs.
With this victory, Nepal has ended the Asia Cup on a happy note. Nepal was defeated in both the previous matches. Nepal, which is in the group insurance, lost to Sri Lanka by 55 runs in the first match and Bangladesh by 5 wickets in the second match.
