Nepal Oil Nigam has increased the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene by Rs 10 per liter. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Oil Corporation has increased the price with effect from 12 noon today (Saturday).

Accordingly, the price of petrol in Kathmandu Valley will now be Rs. 170 per liter. Similarly, the price of diesel and kerosene has reached Rs 153 per liter. At present, the prices of cooking LP gas and aviation fuel have been kept unchanged. The corporation has stated that there is a fortnightly loss of Rs. 42.5 million even after price adjustment.
