Chaniklal Tamang of Kavre Temal came out with his wife and daughter to see the severe flooding in Nakhkhukhola in Lalitpur due to incessant rain.
He left around 7 am and wandered around Nakhkhukhola for to see flood conditions.
The wife pointed to the man coming from the river and said, he brought the man. Chaniklal jumped into Nakhkhukhola in the high wave.
He reached the person who was carrying him. And a man and a man managed to bring the child who had been caught outside the river to the shore.
He said that he managed to get into the river and rescue them after they reached the shore with difficulty.
Chaniklal made them sleep on the ground after pulling them out from about 300 meters below the landslide. And he pressed his stomach in turn, from where he could get out the water he had eaten in the flood.
The four people who were swept away from the roof of the tower had been swept away for about 300 meters. Chaniklal alone managed to rescue two people safely.
In this way, Chaniklal rescued two of the four people who went missing from Taharo. Another person was found to have swum out by himself. The condition of one person is still unknown.
