Udham Singh Nagar, Dhami government’s bulldozer continues to roar against illegal madrasas and illegal tombs built on government land in the district. The district administration took action in the early morning and demolished an illegal madrasa.
According to the information, the illegal madrasa was built by encroaching government land in Aljaniyatul Hussainia, Kuraiya village Rudrapur.
This matter came to light during the survey of illegal madrasas by the district administration some time ago, the administration had pasted a notice on it and asked to show the land related documents. A few days ago this illegal madrasa was sealed because it was running without recognition. It was demolished early this morning when the notice was not responded to.
This illegal madrasa had occupied about 4 bighas of government land.
ADM Nazul Pankaj Upadhyay said that the government had asked to investigate this matter in which it was revealed that it was illegally occupying government land and running without recognition. It was first given a notice and after the notice expired on April 30, today the administration has freed it from encroachment and taken possession of the land.
A large number of police force was deployed during the demolition and administrative officials were present.
