CPN Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ will take oath as Prime Minister on Monday. Prachanda will take oath as the Prime Minister at 4 pm on Monday.
Prachanda’s Secretariat has informed Nepal Press that the swearing-in will take place on Monday afternoon at Shital Niwas, the residence of the President’s office. Prachanda was appointed as the 44th Prime Minister of Nepal.
According to Article 76 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, President Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed the Prime Minister with the support of more than two parties. He has the support of 170 MPs of the House of Representatives.
