Apart from the Kathmandu Valley, nine people have died and 11 people have gone missing in various parts of the country due to the disaster caused by the incessant rain.
21 people died in three districts of Kathmandu Valley.
Armed Police Force Nepal has mobilized 1,947 security personnel for disaster response.
According to Shailendra Thapa, Co-Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force, 21 people have died in the valley and nine people outside the valley due to landslides and inundation, while 11 people are missing. Physical damage has been done in 162 places.
The armed police has mobilized 23 rafting boats to rescue the citizens affected by floods and drowning in various places of the valley.
