Kathmandu — Nepal’s leading beauty brand, Facial House, has officially inaugurated its 11th branch in Kumari Pati, Lalitpur. The new branch, located at KM Complex in Ward No. 5, was formally opened on Friday amid a grand ceremony by former FNCCI President Bhawani Rana.

Addressing the ceremony after the inauguration, Ms. Rana expressed her happiness over Facial House’s continued expansion and extended best wishes. She highlighted that this success is not only linked to Managing Director Sushma Mahara, but also to thousands of Nepali youth seeking employment both at home and abroad.

“Ms. Sushma’s hard work has inspired many women. This is not only a remarkable business initiative but also a source of employment creation,” Ms. Rana said. “At a time when most young people are compelled to seek foreign employment, the fact that a woman-led enterprise is providing jobs to more than 200 people is no small achievement. For this, Ms. Sushma deserves our thanks and congratulations.”

She further remarked that Facial House ensures customer safety by directly importing world-class and reliable products, offering skin testing facilities, and exploring ways to use Nepal-made herbal products in cosmetics. She expressed confidence that Facial House would soon establish an international presence.

Kumari Pati is a busy commercial hub connected with Patan Dhoka, Jawalakhel, and Lagankhel. The area also features religious landmarks such as Mahalaxmi Temple, Sano Dakshinkali Temple, Lokeshwar, and Jagannath Shivalaya, which contribute to both cultural and business vibrancy.

Currently headquartered at Kathmandu Mall, Sundhara, Facial House has already expanded across major cities with branches at KL Tower, Chabahil; CG Landmark, Chitwan; Trade Mall, Pokhara; Central Plaza, Itahari; Buspark, Dhangadhi; New Road, Nepalgunj; and New Road, Surkhet. Managing Director Sushma Mahara also shared that Facial House Academy and Chitwan Facial House Academy are successfully operating.

Facial House not only offers beauty-related training but also provides a wide range of services including hair and skin care, makeup, microblading, hair extensions, and more.

To cater to the unique needs of Nepali skin and hair, the brand has partnered with companies from China, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand, offering wholesale and retail services in herbal beauty and hair cosmetics. Facial House also aims to produce herbal cosmetics within Nepal in the near future. It has already received the title of Nepal’s No. 1 Beauty Salon.

By introducing the latest beauty technologies in Nepal, Facial House continues to provide premium services such as artificial eyelash extensions, dreadlocks, fashionable hair coloring, pigmentation treatment, and Hong Kong-based facial products.

Beyond salon services, Facial House has expanded its scope through Facial House of Cosmetics, Facial House Beauty Academy, and Facial House Entertainment, positioning itself as a multi-dimensional beauty and lifestyle brand in Nepal.
